What is your return/exchange policy?

We hope that you are pleased with the item(s) you have selected. Please check the contents of your package against items listed on the front of the packing slip. Item(s) listed as BACK ORDERED have not been charged and were not sent to you in this shipment. Those item(s) will follow shortly, as they were not in stock when your order was filled.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days. Instructions are listed below. Refunds will be credited to your credit card. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us by phone at 1-866-247-9124.

Should you need to return or exchange any Photography or Book item(s), please complete the form on the back of the invoice that you received with your order and send the item(s) and the form to:

Item(s) being returned must be in original packaging. Please insure the package for full value, and retain all your postal and insurance receipts.

If you would like your new item shipped immediately, please contact customer service at 1-866-808-1346. Your credit card will be charged for the replacement and your credit card will be refunded when the original item is received.

NOTE: Custom printed gifts, such as apparel, canvas or wood prints, mugs, phone cases, ornaments etc. are NOT returnable. If an item arrives damaged please contact us at phone at 1-866-247-9124 or by email at MeredithShop@customersvc.com.

Please note:

  • All returned merchandise must be unopened and in resalable condition, unless the product was opened and found to be defective.
  • The cost of the product will be reimbursed if returning a product.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt and will be credited once the product is received and the return is processed.
  • Defective item(s) will be replaced with the same product.
  • Only damaged items may be returned if the item is listed as final sale.

What do I do if my merchandise is damaged?

We apologize if your merchandise arrived damaged and are happy to replace the damaged merchandise. Please follow the return instructions on your packing slip to get a replacement. Or if it is a custom printed gift item, please contact us for a replacements.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or edit your order after it’s been submitted, please contact 1-866-808-1346. Please have your confirmation code ready for the representative.

I'd like to place a bulk order. Can I do that?

Due to our current inventory, we are limiting each customer to a 10 photo purchase limit. Please contact us at 1-866-808-1346 to find out if the products you’d like to order are available in bulk.

Do you sell gift cards?

No, we do not sell gift cards to the Meredith Shop. You are able to purchase and ship any item as a gift.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you can order and check out as a guest.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

We collect sales tax on product purchases in locations states where we have a legal obligation to do so. Those taxes are calculated based on the state and local taxes applicable in the location where the order is being shipped.

How do you ship your orders?

Your order may be shipped by USPS or UPS depending on the product, delivery location and type of delivery service selected.

All shipping charges will be displayed before completion of your purchase. All packages must be shipped to a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email and also receive an email with tracking information (if available) when your order has shipped. You can check the status of an order by contacting customer service at MeredithShop@customersvc.com, or by calling 1- 866-247-9124.

How do discount codes work?

Discount codes must be entered during checkout. Note that some items are not eligible for the use of codes and additional terms may apply. Please check the applicable product pages for specific information.

Discount codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders and only one may be applied per order. Promotions can be used only during their stated time periods.

How do discount shipping promotions work?

Discount shipping offers apply only to orders shipped within the continental United States of America. Note that some items are not eligible for the use of codes and additional terms may apply. Please check the applicable product pages for specific information. Discount shipping offers may not be combined with any other offers, discounts or coupons. The minimum purchase amount eligible for each discount shipping offer does not include sales taxes. Shipping surcharges due to an item’s size and/or weight will still apply.

Are all items eligible for a discount with a code?

No, certain products are not eligible for discounts - these may include sale items, one-of-a-kind purchases and items that are restricted from discounts. These restrictions will appear on the applicable product page and/or promotional materials.
